Frank has run real estate offices since 2016 where he grew an office his first year as a
Team Leader by 111 agents. Frank has broken recruiting records in every office he has
run including recruiting over 147 in 2019.
Frank recently won the award for the #1 agent in Los Angeles for sponsoring recruits
#2 in gross recruiting and #2 in net recruiting in addition Frank’s office had the rookie
of the year for 2023 in the West LA region. Frank's office has had the rookie of the
year in 2003,2004,2020 and 2023. Frank currently runs the Los Angeles KW Westside as
their Team Leader and runs the Bakersfield KW as their Managing Director.
In the Beginning
mother and his grandparents. Growing up in a rougher suburb had its challenges, so
Frank’s mother encouraged him at 16 to enroll in a local Martial Arts Studio. This
started his journey of self-development and personal growth. Under the instruction
and guidance of his Martial Arts Instructor, Greg Becker, Frank excelled and quickly
became proficient in many styles of martial arts, ultimately earning a 3rd degree
Black Belt, in multiple styles. Frank transitioned from student to instructor running
the studio for several years. Frank’s accomplishments with martial arts and
relationships with his instructors inspired confidence that he could achieve any goal
and he could utilize his strengths and experiences to help others.
Wanting more for himself, Frank joined the United States Army and graduated from
the Military Police Academy with Honors. He became a Combat Military Police Officer
and completed a tour in Bosnia. With the commencement of his military duty, Frank
joined the Las Vegas Police Department. After several years as a police officer, Frank
decided he wanted to expand his life and pursue more personal growth. So, in 2000,
he enrolled in College of the Canyons in California where he earned an Associate of
Science Degree within a year and graduated with honors. Frank used his education to
develop a career in IT. These skills have evolved to serve him in his current career in
that he has vast knowledge in Social Media, technology and marketing to propel the
interests of his clients.
Top Agent
It was in 2004 that Frank developed an interest in real estate and became an investor.
He became so enthusiastic about the business of real estate that Frank earned his
license as a Realtor in California. Frank joined Keller Williams and within the first 6
months he was named Rookie of the Year for the entire region. Frank now sells real
estate in the Southern California area with his wife as the Tofte-Bernardo Real Estate
Team who has been #1 in their office for the last number of years and top 5 in
multiple categories for the entire LA area.
Frank also operates an exclusive, private real estate coaching program that teaches
classes and coaches agents and Team Leaders all over the nation. Frank Bernardo
prides himself on being an aggressive and knowledgeable entrepreneur and constantly
wanting to set himself apart from all the other top agents and trainers in the
business.
